The hotel had clean and organized rooms with soft and nice sheets. We had plenty of pillows and enjoyed a good breakfast. The location was convenient as it was close to restaurants and downtown. The staff were attentive, except for a check-out clerk on our last day.

There were central heating, cable TV and a microwave in the room, appreciated that. Location: the hotel was short walk to a restaurant and Grand Forks and downtown. The folks were really helpful.
